R36S Game Console Getting Started Guide
Getting Started: Charging the Device and Using It
Charging To charge your device, first make sure that the charging cable and adapter are compatible. Plug the cable into the left port on the bottom of the device. When it starts charging, a red light will light up in the middle of the buttons. If the light does not turn red or remains blue, the charging cable or adapter may be incompatible. Leave the device on charge until the light goes out, indicating a full charge.
Exiting the Game and Returning to the Main Menu One of the important functions of the device is the Select + Start key combination. This combination helps you exit the game you are currently playing and return to the main menu. Also, if the game freezes or crashes, the Select + Start combination can help you exit the game without having to reset the device.
Initial Charge and Low Voltage Error When charging for the first time, if the battery is very low, the display may show a "low voltage" message. This message may be small and hard to read. This indicates that the battery needs to be charged urgently. When charging for the first time, the device may not turn on immediately or the "low voltage" message may continue; this is completely normal. Let the battery recover enough power by charging it for a while.
Disadvantages and Features of the Device
Video Output Support r36s does not support video output. This device uses the RK3326 chip, which does not support multiple video outputs. Therefore, you cannot connect the device directly to a TV. However, it has been stated that prototype models using the PX30 chip may support video output.
Battery Life and Indicator The battery indicator can be misleading. When the device starts charging, the battery indicator may immediately show 100%. In order to indicate that the device is charging, the software incorrectly detects the voltage coming into the battery as high. Therefore, it is best practice to charge the device while it is off. Wait for the charging light to go out.
